Employee Experience Communications

As Carle Health continued to grow and evolve, Human Resources needed a more strategic and cohesive way to communicate with employees across a wide range of programs, benefits, and engagement initiatives. I led the development of a multi-year internal communications platform designed to create consistency across employee touchpoints while reflecting Carle's culture, values, and commitment to its workforce. Through audience research, concept development, messaging strategy, and creative direction, I created scalable campaign frameworks that could be adapted across benefits communications, wellbeing programs, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, digital communications, and print collateral. Beyond supporting individual campaigns, the work established a sustainable creative system that provided HR with a library of reusable assets, templates, and communication tools designed to strengthen employee connection, improve message effectiveness, and support the employee experience over time.
