Website Transformation

Carle's website transformation was a multi-year, $1.3 million digital initiative designed to unify a complex ecosystem of web properties under a single strategy, governance model, and user experience. Serving as project lead and creative director, I helped guide the effort from discovery through implementation, working alongside executive leadership, technical teams, agency partners, and more than 50 stakeholders across the organization. The project included user research, information architecture, content governance, accessibility compliance, and the development of a scalable framework that could support future growth. Beyond modernizing the digital experience, the initiative established a shared vision for how the organization would communicate with patients, providers, employees, and the community through its most visible digital channel.
